Seattle Real Estate Agent: Jonathan Martin

Jonathan Martin is a Seattle real estate agent working with the In-City brand.  He is a dedicated, honest, hard working, realistic person.  Jonathan brings his local expertise, years of sales experience and an education in business and finance from the University of Washington to the table.  He cares about people and strives to help them realize their real estate goals.  Jonathan works from a principle, he learned from Zig Ziglar, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.”  This business philosophy has proved very effective.  Even if in the process of working towards the clients best interest a sale is not made, the goal has been achieved.

There are many different ways to be a real estate agent.  The three most popular are: Spend most of your time telemarketing and only work with people in dire need to sell their homes for a quick turn, spend all of your money advertising atracting people who don’t know you to call you, or focus on building relationships and providing the absolute BEST service possible and let your clients do the advertising for you through referrals.  Jonathan spends his energy on the latter of these methods.

Hello! I just wanted to contact you about your blog. I noticed that recently and Asbestos site did a guest post for you and I wanted to see if I might be able to do something similar. I help run an FHA site and I think we could write something great for your site and it’s a pretty applicable subject for homebuyers at this time. Would that be of interest to you? Is there some sort of fee? Thanks!
