Guide To Seattle Real Estate

I am a member of a Seattle business networking group called BizBuilders.  Basically it is a group of professionals that get together every Thursday for an early lunch to talk about what they are up to and to pass along referrals.  Working as a real estate professional in Seattle I have found this meeting to be very helpful not only with referral but to learn from other successful “solopreneurs.”  We gather at the Sixth Ave Inn in downtown Seattle at 10:30 every Thursday.  I have met and completed business with a Home Inspector, Lease Broker, Restaurant Consultant, Photographer, several Non-Profit Charities, a Mortgage Broker, Credit Repair counselor, and a Financial Advisor.  I know that I have forgotten a few of the guys and gals.  We are always looking for other great professionals to join us, it is an exclusive group.  By that I mean that only one representative from each profession is allowed not that we are too good for anyone.  Do you belong to any networking organizations? If so which ones and what have your results been?
