I just saw this Promotional Key Tag over at CoolBlueLogo a Seattle Promotional Product company. I just thought it would be a great gift item for an agent. It is simple and affordable. Place the house key on the ring and your clients will keep your name/brand close at all times.
Just an idea, maybe better than the 6foot sub at moving time idea

These key chains are a nice touch, but not very practical IMO.
First of all, you have to buy them in minimum quantities of 300, which is not very practical. Even for a busy agents, it’s likely going to be 2 or 3 years to give them away to clients who have closed transactions.
And the reality is, mot people remove and throw away extra hanging stuff on their key chains. I know I do. With my car fob and various keys I NEED to carry, I’m always looking at things I can do without on my keychain.
So the 6-foot sub is starting to look better and better! Or maybe a very nice gift basket. At least then you have a good excuse to drop by and meet all your client’s buddies, who might need your help some day too!

The keychain could be great for a smaller present to customers.
